[When the video feed comes on, it looks like everything is upside down. Only Cassandra's neck and chin are visible at first, showing a lopsided frown as she fumbles with the communicator, nearly drops it, and then finally turns it upside down. Now the view is her face right side up, and she grins into the camera before a paning shot shows she is hanging upside down from a tree in the CES.]

Crunches. Upside down. 500. Bored.

[She could have done this in the gym, yes, but there are less people here usually. Besides-]

Climbed the tree. Always wanted... to try. Bats are upside down. Funny, because [She puts her hand on her chest here.] Batgirl. Warden.

[And then she waves.] Hi.

How do you feel about the fact that we actually have people who turn into bats on board?

Really? Big bats? Or real life size?

Regular size. Many of them. [She hesitates; with Sally gone, is there anyone actually like that on board?] Well, we sometimes do, anyway.

Would think... weird. But not weirdest thing. Not bat, if nice bats.

Can you? Become bat?

[GODS, NO.] Not exactly. I become a wolf.

Or I look more like one, at least. I'm a werewolf. [It's a distinction she doesn't really expect Cass to get, because not many people seem to, but it's one she's internalized enough to mention. She's not quite a wolf, and not quite a human. It's a whole different thing.]

[Suddenly, Cass wishes very much that she could see more of Angua's body. What stories would it tell? What does a person who is also a wolf move like?]

At will? Or... on moons?

[Hopefully that isn't insulting. She doesn't know much about werewolves.]

Both, actually. [She doesn't seem bothered by it, at least; she's used to the questions now, and starting to get used to actually answering them.]
