Is body reading allowed? Yes def.
Is there anything Cass should NOT be able to see? Monet has the same controlled exterior Adrian did, Buck has a metal arm which doesn't move entirely like a flesh arm, so both would probably throw Cass off until she got used to it. For Rose, go wild.
Is there anything you would PREFER she not see? nope. I trust you bb c:
If your character wears some kind of disguise or costume, could Cass recognize them? nope, they don't. Rose has her armour and mask but no secret ID.
