[Cass has set the communicator up so it points at the large frozen lake in the CES and once she's sure it's recording, she grins and takes a few steps back.]

Watch this.

[Turning away, she runs for the lake and jumps onto the ice, sliding across on her feet. Apparently, she's not letting the lack of ice skates get to her. Once she comes to a stop, she turns back to the camera and starts her way back.]

It's fun! Everyone should... come try. Can let in inmates, if you promise... to be good.

(ooc: feel free to comment with spam if your character is a warden! Cass will let any inmate in so long as she can tell they're not there to cause problems.)

[It doesn't take long to find two suitable sticks, which she brings to Steph for the seal of approval. They're both roughly the same size and she broke the ends off a little so the parts that fork off are closer to the size of fingers.]

Perfect. [ Steph smiles, then nods back in the direction of their snowman. ]

[Cass starts back, but she doesn't take Steph's hand this time. She knows she's the cause of whatever's wrong with her friend, so it seems like limiting contact now is the way to go. It sucks, but she doesn't want to make Steph uncomfortable.

When she gets to the snowman, she walks around it trying to find the best side to be the front. Maybe she's thinking too hard about it, but she wants it to be just right. It's her first snowman, after all. Finally, she sticks the arms in and then reclaims the bag of buttons, finds two for eyes, and pushes them into the head.]

[ Steph follows her around and nods her satisfaction at the placement. ]

Beautiful. Now let's give him a mouth. [ She pulls some buttons out at random and begins pressing them in the form of a little smile. ]

[Cass comes closer to watch Steph put the mouth on, watching over her shoulder with clear interest.]

[ She changes the mouth around so it's frowning, and picks up a few twigs from the ground to make angry eyebrows. ]

[Cass grins and nods when she sees what Steph is doing.]

[Finding a stick of her own, Cass draws a few jagged triangles under the frown of buttons, giving Bruce fangs.]
