Is there anything Cass should NOT be able to see? Nope
Is there anything you would PREFER she not see? Everything is fine but if there is some sort of medically triggering issue, bringing it up directly probably will be ignored until River's brain is less of a mess in the moment.
If your character wears some kind of disguise or costume, could Cass recognize them? ALWAYS
