[There's a small, tattered cardboard box of fresh, assorted berries left on the ledge of a roof that just so happens to be one of the typical paths Cass takes on her jaunts around Haven. It appears to have been left for her, so it would be a shame if it's ignored.]
[Well, it is food and she is Cass. It does seem a little odd to leave something so precisely placed, but again, it's Cass. She'll eat them.
She pauses on her patrol and pulls the cowl off, sitting on the edge of the roof and poking through the berries with her fingertips to find just the right one to eat first. Perfect chance for anyone who had been hoping to catch a Batgirl to show up.]
[It's only after she pops one berry in her mouth that he leaves the shadows he was hiding in to appear out of nowhere and hop up onto the roof. There's a pleased smile on his face as he settles down next to her, legs dangling off the edge of the roof.]
Wow Cass, what if they were drugged?
[Which is immediately refuted by him stealing a blueberry just because he can.]
I'll just enjoy the fact that someone could've pulled one on you just now.
[He hides the gratified smile with another stolen berry, even if it may or may not be a jab at his M.O. After a moment, he nudges her shoulder with his.]
Nothing you wouldn't do.
[Possibly a similar jab that also has sincerity mixed in? Who kno-oh wait, look who he's sitting next to here.]
[She doesn't bother to hide her smile. She likes this version of Tim, the one who likes her with no fear mixed in, no longer waiting for her to mess up and be just like Cain, just like Shiva. It almost feels like she's proved something, it's hard not to enjoy that kind of feeling. She bumps him back when he nudges her, pleased by this new thing. That's probably going to catch on, bumping into people to show you like them.]
So, you caught me. Going to... carry out dastardly plot?
[There's a huff of amusement like he wants to laugh, and another nudge back. It's nice spending time with Cass, even rarer they aren't patrolling or fighting someone.]
Hm... [He taps his chin mock thoughtfully.] Now what would be a fitting punishment?
[Not that he actually has anything planned, but in the couple of seconds she isn't looking at him, he grabs the box out from under her and makes a mad dash for it. Somehow, he manages not to lose a single piece of fruit despite the sudden haphazardness of it all.
So Cass, are you going to make him remember the rule about no take backs?]
